Mr. Perera is one of the founder members of Sierra Group of Companies and has been serving as Executive Director Since 1981. He has led many enterprises in diverse fields to achieve great success. He is the Founder Director and current Chairman of the Sierra Cable PLC, the Chairman of Sierra Constriction Limited, one of the largest Construction Companies in Sri Lanka. He accounts for over 40 years of experience as a reputed entrepreneur.

Mr. Chaminda Ranasinghe
With a Marketing career spanning over 24 years at Sierra, Mr. Chaminda Ranasinghe is the youngest Board Member of Sierra Construction Limited. As the Director-Marketing & Business Development at Sierra Construction Limited, he heads the business development in Infrastructure, IT and Trading company.He also serves on the Boards of , Sierra Engineering & Construction Pvt Limited and its Subsidiaries, Sierra Industries Ltd, a subsidiary of Sierra Cable PLC. He is a graduate of The University of Delhi and holds a MBA from The University of Sri Jayawardenapura. Having completed a Diploma in Marketing, CIM, he is a Chartered Marketer recognized by CIM.
